**Al-Hadi Center Takes Steps Towards International Accreditation for DMD Program**
As part of its efforts to strengthen its position as a leading center in Iraq and the region, the management of Al-Hadi Center (AS) for Muscular and Neuromuscular Disorders held a special meeting to discuss the requirements for obtaining international accreditation from the World Duchenne Organization (DMD Accreditation).
**Main Meeting Topics:**
1. **The Integrated Consultative Clinic**
* Opening a specialized consultative clinic offering integrated services for patients.
* Including a range of vital specialties:
* Endocrinologist
* Pulmonologist (Respiratory Specialist)
* Nutritionist
* Gastroenterologist
* Cardiologist
* Psychiatrist
* Nephrologist
* Orthopedic Specialist
* Neurologist
2. **Phased Launch**
* Initial commencement of operations with the Psychiatry and Nutrition clinics as core services.
* Ensuring comprehensive support for patients and their families from the outset.
3. **Patient-Specific Card**
* Issuing a card containing medical instructions and guidelines for each patient.
* Delivering it to the patient's guardians to ensure organized care delivery according to the highest quality standards.
