A comprehensive meeting to achieve JCI accreditation

An expanded meeting at Al Hadi Center for Muscular and Nerve Disorders  

Al Hadi Center for Muscular and Nerve Disorders held an expanded meeting that included the center’s management, quality management, operational management, and relevant units to discuss the requirements for JCI accreditation and the mechanisms for coordination and joint work to achieve it.  

The meeting reviewed the accreditation standards, focusing on patient safety, service quality, and improving operational procedures, in addition to establishing clear mechanisms for coordination and distributing responsibilities among departments.  

The center’s management emphasized to all relevant parties the need to adhere to a clear action plan with precise deadlines to ensure the completion of required tasks. The management also stressed the importance of effective coordination among departments and task distribution to elevate institutional performance in line with the highest international standards.
