Al-Hadi Center for Myopathies and Neuropathies Receives a Delegation from Al-Nahrain University – College of Engineering / Department of Biomedical Engineering
Al-Hadi Center for Myopathies and Neuropathies received a delegation from Al-Nahrain University – College of Engineering / Department of Biomedical Engineering. The delegation included a group of professors, lecturers, and students, as part of a scientific visit aimed at learning about the latest medical devices and technologies available at the Center, and familiarizing themselves with the mechanisms for diagnosing and treating muscle and nerve diseases.
The tour included visits to specialized laboratories and Electromyography (EMG) equipment, in addition to reviewing advanced physical therapy devices and modern robotic systems used for motor rehabilitation and occupational therapy.
The delegation was accompanied by the Center's Director, who provided a comprehensive explanation of the services provided and the protocols for managing complex cases. He affirmed the Center's readiness to open avenues for future scientific and research cooperation with Al-Nahrain University in the fields of training and applied studies.
The delegation members expressed their high appreciation for the technical and medical advancement they witnessed at the Center, noting that Al-Hadi Center is the first of its kind in Iraq in terms of specialization, facilities, and services provided to patients.
This visit is part of the Center's efforts to enhance scientific and academic cooperation with Iraqi universities, contributing to the support of scientific research and the development of national expertise in the medical and engineering fields.
