A Visit by a Delegation from the Directorate of Rehabilitation and Care for the Wounded and People with Special Needs to Our Center

Al-Hadi Center for Muscle and Nerve Disorders received an official delegation from the Directorate of Rehabilitation and Care for the Wounded and People with Special Needs, affiliated with the Army Staff – Ministry of Defense. The delegation was led by Major General Dr. Qaisar Abdul Razzaq Atiyah, a specialist in joints and medical rehabilitation and the director of the directorate, accompanied by a group of specialized doctors, including:

• Colonel Diaa Hussein – PhD in Nutrition
• Colonel Mohammed Mustafa – Master's in Prosthetics Manufacturing
• Brigadier General Raafat Maytham – PhD in Microbiology

During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the center’s capabilities and its modern medical equipment, which match the latest global technologies in the field of medical rehabilitation and the treatment of muscle and nerve disorders. The delegation emphasized that these advanced facilities allow wounded individuals to receive treatment within Iraq instead of traveling abroad, thereby reducing high financial costs and easing the burden on patients and their families.

The delegation members praised the efforts of the center and its specialized medical staff, highlighting the importance of future collaboration between both sides to serve the wounded and people with special needs in the best possible ways.
